Safari AdBlocker is the only 64-bit ad blocker built for Mac OS X 10.5+ to integrate directly into Safari, for minimum disruption to your browsing experience
Safari AdBlocker supports the use of AdBlock Plus subscriptions (url's with the prefix "abp:") - and will be updated automatically, each week

Important

Safari Adblocker requires SIMBL (for Snow Leopard 64bit support), which is conveniently included in the installer.
The installer will detect if it needs to install SIMBL (Snow Leopard, or Leopard version), and will do so if it is required.

Install Safari AdBlocker from the installer, and access preferences through Safari's preference menu.

To whitelist an element, use the convenient contextual menu, or alternatively manually add your filter and prefix it with "@@"
e.g: to whitelist the domain http://www.apple.com
add the following to your filters:
@@http://www.apple.com
**Note: whitelisting an element, overides all the block settings!

Safari Adblock requires SIMBL, and is installed into the folder /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/
All of Safari Adblocker preferences are stored as keys in Safari's preference file ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist (with the prefix "AdBlocker")
Subscriptions are saved to the file ~/Library/Application Support/Safari Adblocker/Subscription.txt
Manually configured filters are saved to the file ~/Library/Application Support/Safari Adblocker/Filters.plist

If your feeling a little adventurous: (you don't need to do this...)
delete all keys with the prefix "adblocker" from the file:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist

Safari Adblock was built using source code from SafariBlock (Apache 2.0 license), and uses SIMBL to inject code into Safari.

Its really up to you what you think Safari Adblock is worth - personally i think a donation of $10 - $15 is a fair amount.
