For improved History removal, you can optionally give Cookie access to data which is outside of its sandbox.
Simply download Safari_Script.dmg (or for Safari Technology Preview Tech_Preview_Script.dmg), double-click to open, and drop the contained script into your user Application Scripts folder:
~/Library/Application Scripts/com.sweetpproductions.CookieApp/
